Erick is on Historic Route 66 in western Oklahoma at Exit 7 on I-40.
Erick is located on a 20 mile continuous stretch of Route 66 from
the Oklahoma-Texas state line to Sayre, OK. Erick is also the
home of singer / song writer, Roger Miller ("King of the Road")
and singer / song writer / actor, Sheb Wooley ("RawHide"). Visit
the Roger Miller Museum and the 100th Meridian Museum. For

If you are traveling east bound on I-40, take Exit 1 at Texola, OK.,
drive 7 scenic miles on the Historic Route 66 Highway thru Texola
to Erick. Watch out for deer and other wildlife along the way.
If you are traveling west on I-40, take Exit 11, 7, or 5. Book a room
and stay awhile. Enjoy the area attractions, restaurants, and
museums. Drive the wildlife trail (Quartz Mtn Loop) that begins at
